WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STUDDED AND NON-STUDDED SHOES?
Both studded and non-studded shoes give you greater safety on winter roads.
The advantage (or disadvantage) of studded shoes is that the studs can be folded in and out as needed.
STINGERS
Studded shoes have retractable studs under the sole that provide excellent anti-slip protection and safety in winter conditions.
The studs are easily folded out or in by hand. If the shoes are used indoors, the studs should be folded in so that the shoes do not leave marks on the floor.
DOUBLE SHOES
Double shoes have studs on the underside of the sole that cannot be folded in. The studs provide very good grip in winter conditions. In addition, the soles of studded shoes are thicker and the patterns are deeper than on regular shoes.
Studded shoes can be used indoors on all surfaces except sensitive parquet floors.
