Prices:
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of ordering. All shown prices are including 20% IE VAT.

Payment:
Payments are made securely through a third party secure payment gateway. The transaction is processed directly at the secured and encrypted to our banking connection. Strap.ie International do not view or store any credit card information entered.
 
Right to complaint:
According to EU consumer laws SSPORTSMART.ie International gives you 6 month to complain about fabrication errors noted by normal use of the product. This right doesn’t cover defects or damages directly or indirectly made as a result of wrong operation, lack of maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations. Complaints about defects and flaws that should be noticed when using the product should be informed right away. You may be asked to demonstrate how the error is shown. The item can thereafter be returned for repairing, exchange or credit when agreed to. In cases of complaints the shipping costs will be refunded when reasonable. Strap.ie International doesn’t cover defects on connected equipment and/or indirect losses such as lost earnings, operating losses, data losses, installation costs etc. In case a complaint turns out to be unfounded or the defect isn’t covered by the right to complaint, inspection fee and shipping costs will be invoiced.

Reservations:
SPORTSMART.ie International makes reservations on misprints/ typing errors, sold out products, price- or exchange changes, as well as changes of the products specifications. Strap.ie International reserves right to change and update the rules and conditions applies to this site.
