Measurement Instructions for Knee Brace Sizing

Gather Tools:
You will need a soft measuring tape or a flexible ruler. If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler. -
Find the Right Area to Measure:
Locate the widest part of your thigh, typically a few inches above your kneecap. -
Measure Thigh Circumference:
- Wrap the measuring tape around your thigh at the designated spot.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight. You should be able to slide a finger under the tape comfortably.
- Take note of the measurement in centimeters.

Determine Your Size:
- Compare your thigh measurement with the size chart provided:
- Size M: Thigh Circumference 42-44 cm
- Size L: Thigh Circumference 44-46 cm
- Size XL: Thigh Circumference 46-48 cm

Choosing the Right Size:
If your measurement is at the upper end of a size range, you may prefer to choose the next larger size for added comfort.
