Measurement Instructions
To ensure a proper fit for your orthopedic insoles, follow these steps:
-
Gather Materials: You will need a ruler or measuring tape and a piece of paper.
-
Prepare Your Foot: Stand on a flat surface, preferably in the evening when your foot is slightly swollen for the most accurate size.
-
Trace Your Foot: Place the paper on the ground and stand with your full weight on the foot you want to measure. Use a pencil to trace around your foot, keeping the pencil vertical to avoid distortion.
-
Measure Length and Width: Measure from the heel to the tip of your longest toe for length. Measure the widest part of your foot for width.
-
Consult the Size Chart: Compare your measurements to find your recommended size.
Size Chart
S: Length 22-23 cm, Width 8-8.5 cm
M: Length 24-25 cm, Width 8.5-9 cm
L: Length 26-27 cm, Width 9-9.5 cm
XL: Length 28-29 cm, Width 9.5-10 cm
Note
If your measurements are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
