The Comfort hip wrap is a simple one-piece wrap that reminds you to stretch your back.
The waistband is made of stretchy nylon which minimizes chafing and maximizes comfort. The pressure is smoothly regulated with the help of adjustable Velcro straps;
The garment works just as well during sports activity as at work or at home.
Tips for use: The purpose of the elevation cushion is to remind you to elevate your shoulder blades and tighten your abdominal muscles. It should be loose enough to be comfortable when you are stretching, but gives a reminder and the shoulders fall forward.
