Ankle orthosis from Thuasne for those who have problems with pain in the hip.
The orthosis has an anatomical design with grooves and silicone inserts behind the tendon. These protect, massage and support the tendon. The product also comes with two pairs of stackable silicone pads that are placed in the shoe to relieve discomfort from under the heel.
The orthosis is made of an antibacterial and soft knitted material that breathes and wicks away moisture.
Conditions that are relieved:
-Overloading of the heel tendon.
-Senile inflammation.
-Surgical intervention on the Achilles tendon.
-Entesopathy
-Tendinopathy
-Senile inflammation
-Bursitis
-Haglund's disease
-Acillodynia after surgery on the heel tendon
Application:
-Wear the orthosis over the ankle like a sock.
-Make sure that the silicone insert to relieve the heel tendon at the back of the leg is in place.
-Then, if necessary, put one or two silicone inserts under the orthosis directly in the shoe and try out the height needed.
-Then place the same number of silicone inserts in the other shoe.
