Springyard Cork Heel Cushion is a self-supporting cork and latex heel cushion that supports the foot, for example to prevent the shoe from rubbing against the ankle or heel. The sole can also act as compensation if one leg is shorter than the other. Thickness: Choose between 5mm, 7mm and 10mm. Available in sizes M (shoe size 36-42) and L (shoe size 41-46). The cushion in size M is 5.5 cm wide and the cushion in size L is 6.5 cm wide. Used for: Hip pain. Inflammation of the heel For smoothing out various small bones. One pack contains two foam pads.
