Therefore, we have first clarified the differences between these two protections: Difference #1 - The side panels of the 429X are made of materials that provide absolute stability, they are even more stable than the 422. Difference no. 2 - With 422 you have a significantly better mobility (this is due to the difference in the side panels) This means that 422 is better suited for sports activities, such as skiing or ball sports; Difference #3 - The 429X has a crossed carborundum band over the outer part of the protection.
